Marathon Universal Patcher 2.1 is Naoki Yokoyama's all-in-one tweak utility for Bungie's classic Mac shooters Marathon and Marathon 2: Durandal. Rather than shipping as a single fixed mod, it exposes a menu of optional patches that the player can pick and choose, then writes them into a copy of the game's application file.What it doesThe patcher applies a curated set of feature toggles and stat tweaks to the Marathon or Marathon 2 binary, from quality-of-life adjustments to changes that boost the player's starting loadout or capabilities, depending on which patches you enable.Universal across both gamesThe same tool understands both the original Marathon and Marathon 2: Durandal application formats, so you don't need a separate utility per game — hence the "Universal" in the name.Using it safelyAlways patch a duplicate of the Marathon application, not your master copy.
