Mia, better known in the Marathon community as M1A1, is a fan-made conversion of Bungie's original Marathon (1994) into the Marathon 2 / Aleph One engine. It lets the first chapter of the trilogy be played on modern Aleph One ports while preserving the original level design, terminals, and storyline of the Pfhor invasion of the colony ship Marathon.Marathon, Reborn on Aleph OneBungie released the Marathon source and map data into the community, and M1A1 wraps the first game's solo campaign so it can be loaded by Aleph One. The result is the Marathon 1 experience running on the same engine that powers Marathon 2 and Infinity scenarios.What Is IncludedThe conversion ships the full single-player campaign along with the original terminals, textures, and sounds.
