Hollow Ground v 1.0.3 This game is shareware ($19.00). Hollow Ground is a post-apocalyptic future 2D third-person tactical shooter. Requires MacOS 9.2.2 (with CarbonLib 1.6 and GameSprocket 1.7.5) or MacOS X (native). Recommended hardware is G3/G4, 128 MB of RAM. You, and possibly a friend, watch the action from a top-view perspective, and control two of four mercenaries on their way down through the Epsilon Nine bunker. On the way you will have to battle armies of mutated creatures while navigating your way through the labyrinthine tunnels. You will find weapons to aid your quest, and credit chips for use in the shops that appear between levels. You will need more that a quick trigger finger to beat the lower levels. The aim of the game is to reach the 40th floor, 2000 feet below the surface, and destroy the breeding-machine dwelling there.
