Hearts SkelCrew is an opponent set for Freeverse Software's shareware card game Hearts Deluxe. It populates the table with a crew of skeletons drawn by Steve Blickenstaff, with additional work from IMPart, and is described in the release notes as one of the best looking sets ever made for the game.An Add-On, Not a StandaloneSkelCrew is not a complete game on its own. It needs the shareware Hearts Deluxe version 4.0 or later, available from www.freeverse.com or other shareware repositories of the period. Once downloaded and unstuffed, the set drops into the same folder as the Hearts Deluxe application.Skeletons at the Card TableThe hook is a Halloween-flavoured roster of skeletal opponents that replace the default Freeverse characters during play. Hearts is the classic four-player trick-taking game; the set leaves the rules untouched and supplies fresh art for the player avatars.CreditsThe artwork is by Steve Blickenstaff, with additional contributions from IMPart.
