AboutJeff Luszcz and Polar Orbit Software would like to announce the release of a new Macintosh system enhancement: Keyboard2Serial. Keyboard2Serial is a system extension that copies the keys typed on the keyboard to the serial port of your Macintosh. The user can control which serial port is used and the connection parameters of that port. Keyboard2Serial outputs the keystrokes that occur in ANY application. There are many possible uses for this program. You can control a serial device without having to start up a terminal emulation program. You can copy the text you type in a chat room for projection using a second computer facing an audience. You can type text into your PDA. Keyboard2Serial works with both desktop and PowerBook Macintoshes. The current version can be downloaded from the Polar Orbit Software download page: --- jluszcz@best.com http://www.best.com/~jluszcz |
