About

Reduce Noise is a plug in for Adobe Photoshop. It requires Photoshop 4.01 for PowerMac. The plug in works on Filmstrip files (only) so it is probably of no use to anyone without Adobe Premiere. The plug in is primarily intended to clean up still images captured on video. You capture multiple, identical frames, with your video device. Then you save your movie as a Filmstrip and open it in Photoshop. Then you can use the plug in to average all the frames together to clean up video noise. This is version 0.4. It is Freeware.
