This utility is really just a quick hack I did while taking a break from UserGrabber and CallGrabber (see below). (This Doc file took me longer to write then the Application). This one is Freeware because all you REALLY need to do is run it once. In the days of old before Second Sight 3.0, Sysops didn't even have ANSI (gasp!) As a result, Sysop's of former Freesoft BBS products may have a lot of Quotes in their Quote files that they never bothered to colorize or "pretty up" for their users. Personally, I must have over 300. It lets you add ANSI to your quotes.
