Internet Explorer 3.01 supports only the Russian character set KOI8-R but not the complete Cyrillic character set ISO-IR-111. Use this patch to modify Internet Explorer 3.01 so that you can read Ukrainian web pages also. ResEdit is required. Andreas Prilop
