The MacGzip package provides four files: the M-Files gunzip.m and gzip.m, and the AppleScripts gzip and mat2front. They are used to gzip and un-gzip files using MacGzip, the Macintosh version of gzip. MacGzip can be obtained from a number archive sites, including: http://hyperarchive.lcs.mit.edu/HyperArchive.html Examples of usage are given in the M-Files. This may be freely distributed as is.
