Clue Deluxe is a Macintosh adaptation of the classic Hasbro/Atari murder-mystery deduction board game, in which players move through the rooms of a sprawling mansion to determine who killed Mr. Boddy, with what weapon, and in which room. The Info-Mac archive copy preserved here is the freeware Japanese-language release packaged by Fuminori Takeda.GameplayPlayers take turns rolling, moving, and making suggestions inside the mansion's rooms to narrow down the murderer, weapon, and location. Each suggestion forces another player to privately disprove a card, and players track deductions on a detective notepad until they are confident enough to make a final accusation.About this releaseThis is the Japanese version of the ClueDeluxe package, distributed as freeware. The release notes thank players for trying the game and credit Fuminori Takeda (fuminori@land.linkclub.or.jp) as the packager.RequirementsHyperCard or the HyperCard Player is required to run the stack.
